Paul Stiver

Paul grew up in small-town Wisconsin and moved to Minnesota in 2005 to attend the University of Minnesota. After graduating, he decided to stay in the Twin Cities and began attending Hope in early 2015. It was during a Sunday service at Hope West that Paul had a dramatic conversion and committed his life to following Jesus, marking the beginning of his discipleship journey.

In 2017, Paul joined the LDI internship program, and by 2019, he became part of the LDI staff. He graduated from LDI in 2020, the same year he began serving as an elder at Hope’s Lowertown location. Shortly after, he came on full time at Hope, working with both LDI and Hope on Campus.

Today, Paul is leading the charge to start Hope’s next location—Hope Community Church – North Lakes, launching in the northern suburbs. He and his wife, Allison, live in Shoreview with their two young sons and their dog, Sage. Paul is passionate about hunting, fishing, football (Go Packers!), yard work, and never shutting up about Jesus.
