Mark, married to Meg Hintz, father to Emma, Hazen and Jairus. We’ve joyfully committed to Hope since 2004. Like many, we came thanks to the invitation of a friend. Our family lost our third child, Jairus, due to stillbirth in December of 2010. Since then we’ve been active in grief mentor opportunities for parents who have lost a child. During the work week I have the pleasure of serving as the Director of Development for the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas.
In my free time I am an avid DIY-er who enjoys learning new skills in carpentry. And if you see me out running, I’m probably training for another marathon. My favorite verse in scripture is 2 Corinthians 12:9, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
