Olivia Disselkamp
Senior Director of Operations
Olivia is the Senior Director of Operations at Hope, working primarily in the areas of Human Resources, Facilities oversight, Finances, and Legal compliance.
As a student at Bethel University, Olivia was encouraged to attend Hope to escape the “Bethel bubble” one Sunday morning. She quickly came to love the richness of teaching and community she found, and started regularly attending in 2005. After college, Olivia deepened her commitment to Hope, serving in the small groups writing ministry and mentoring. In 2013, Olivia was asked to consider a transition from her position at a local nonprofit to joining Hope’s staff team, which she eagerly did that fall.
Olivia enjoys reading, traveling, spending time outdoors, and chasing her two littles (Elsie and Ansel) around her Fridley home.
