After Graduating High School, Jeffrey Attended Marquette University to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2007, he attended Hope for this first time as the guest of his sister and brother-in-law, Renee and Rob Maul, and he made it a point to regularly attend with them when he was home over the summers. A year later, in Fall 2008, Jeff suffered a TBI in a car accident that would have taken his life if it wasn’t for amazing treatment at our neighboring HCMC. Being at HCMC for 6 weeks, Jeff, although new and infrequent to the church, was prayed over by our Pastor Steve while in medically induced coma. Although that stuck with him throughout, Jeff restored his faith slowly and his relationship with Hope ebbed and flowed until he got connected with the Midway small group in Fall 2019.
You might cross Jeff’s path as he’s passionate about finding those with similar interests throughout the Hope community. He aspires to write a Hip-Hop album: Physics 1001 under the emcee name ‘J Fizzix’. He also has helped to organize the ‘Hoopsters’ Hope basketball team and Hope’s annual golf scramble
