Facilities Rental for Non-Hope and Non-Wedding Events

Inquires should be directed to Shannon Martin at events@hopecc.com, if you are requesting use of the building for a Non-Hope event, please email events@hopecc.com and do not fill out the request form above.

Room Fees

Conference/ Community Rooms $50/Day (8am-10pm), $25 for each day after*
Sanctuary/ Gym $75/Day (8am-10pm), $50 for each day after*
Overnight (Use of entire bldg.) $100/Night (12pm-12pm), 50 people or less -Note, we cannot accommodate guests on Saturday or Sunday evenings.

Additional Costs

Sound System $25/Hour
Clean-up $25/Hour

Additional Information

Long-term agreements can be negotiated depending on nature of the events, frequency, hours of use, and number of people.
*Only applicable if in conjunction with the same event, does not need to be consecutive days to receive price break.

Hope is a beautiful location for your wedding. We would love to be a part of your special day. Hope’s sanctuary can hold a total of 415 guests.

The Church Rental Fee for weddings is:
$500 special rate for members (BOTH bride and groom must be members)
$650 for non-member, regular attenders and
$850 for non-regular attenders.

A deposit of $350 is requires to secure the date and will be put toward your rental fee.
The following are included in the church rental fee:

  • Two hours of rehearsal time the day before the wedding
  • Two Dressing rooms (TBD)
  • 6 hours in the sanctuary on your wedding day for decorating, pictures, and your ceremony
  • Use of piano, mics, music stands, and chairs
  • Two wrought iron candelabras (candles provided) for the stage area
  • Podium for readings on stage
  • Sound Engineer on the wedding day
  • Wedding Coordinator on rehearsal and wedding day
  • CD audio recording of your wedding
  • Custodial Services

Extra amenities that are available for a fee:

Rehearsal Dinner Space (contact coordinator for rules and requirements) $75

Use of infant or toddler nursery for child care $25
